PE

PE kit is compulsory for all children for safety reasons. This kit should be kept at school in a named bag all week. In colder weather children can bring a tracksuit to change into for outdoor PE.

PE kit: T-shirt - plain red or white, or school t-shirt Shorts or PE skirt in black; plimsolls or trainers with non-marking soles for indoor PE, (if your child has a verruca, then appropriate footwear is compulsory until this condition has cleared up).  Trainers for outdoor PE (football boots, shin pads and long socks may be needed for competitions in KS2), please include a pair of socks if your child wears tights.

Swimming Kit

One piece costume for girls, trunks for boys and a towel.  Swimming hats are required at Feltwell Pool and can be purchased from the school.

Jewellery

Children should hand in their watches to the teacher during PE.  Children with pierced ears can wear stud earrings to school but we ask that your child does not wear earrings on PE days and for swimming, in line with health and safety recommendations. We do not allow the wearing of any other type of jewellery for safety and security reasons, and are unable to take responsibility for any jewellery. Children with shoulder length or longer hair are asked to tie it back for school.
