Pupil Premium Report to Parents 2014-2015

The Pupil Premium funding has been allocated in the following ways:

  • To provide training in THRIVE for new SENDCo.
  • To provide THRIVE online software access.
  • To train a further 2 members of staff in Talk for Writing (T4W).
  • To provide out of school educational activities for LAC child.
  • To provide ‘Success in Arithmetic’ training for two members of staff.
  • Training for MSAs in working with children.
  • To provide supply cover for THRIVE training & T4W.
  • To provide intervention activities.

Curriculum focus of PPG spending 2014/15

Objectives in spending PPG:

  1. To develop a school wide approach to ensuring emotional literacy for all children.
  2. To ensure continued progress in Teaching & Learning of Writing.
  3. To narrow gap in attainment & progress for boys in maths.
  4. To ensure specific child has educational / emotional support whilst awaiting new school assignment.
